Holy Week is a deeply meaningful time for many, marking the final days of Jesus Christ’s earthly life and celebrating His resurrection. It invites reflection, worship, and community gathering. This year, we warmly invite you to join us for a series of special services that guide us through this sacred week, from Palm Sunday through Easter Sunday. Each service offers a unique way to engage with the story and significance of this season.

Palm Sunday, March 29 — 8:30 and 11 am
Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week. It commemorates Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem, where crowds greeted Him by waving palm branches and laying them on the road. This event symbolizes hope and the fulfillment of prophecy.
Our Palm Sunday services will be held at 8:30 and 11 am. During these gatherings, you can expect:
Scripture readings recounting the events of that day
Hymns and songs celebrating the arrival of the Messiah
A message reflecting on the meaning of Jesus’ entry and what it means for us today
This service sets the tone for the week, inviting us to prepare our hearts for the journey ahead.
Maundy Thursday, April 2 at 6:30 pm
Maundy Thursday focuses on the Last Supper Jesus shared with His disciples. It highlights themes of service, humility, and the new covenant established through Jesus’ sacrifice.
Our Maundy Thursday service will begin at 6:30 pm and will include:
A reenactment or reflection on the Last Supper
Communion, inviting participants to remember Jesus’ body and blood
Foot washing ceremony or symbolic acts of service to emphasize humility and love
Scripture readings from the Gospel accounts of the evening before Jesus’ arrest
This evening encourages us to reflect on Jesus’ example of servant leadership and the deep love He showed.
Good Friday, April 3 at 6:30 pm
Good Friday is a solemn day remembering Jesus’ crucifixion and death. It is a time to contemplate the cost of love and the depth of sacrifice.
Our Good Friday service will be held at 6:30 pm and will feature:
Scripture readings that narrate the Passion story
Moments of silence and prayer for reflection
Hymns that express sorrow and hope
A meditation on the meaning of the cross and Jesus’ sacrifice for humanity
This service invites quiet contemplation and gratitude for the gift of salvation.
Easter Sunday, April 5
Three options for Worship:
Sunrise Service (in person only) 7:00am
Communion Worship (in person only) 8:30am
Contemporary Service (in person and online) 11:00am
Easter Sunday is the most joyful day of the Christian calendar. It celebrates Jesus’ resurrection, victory over death, and the promise of new life.
Our Easter Sunday celebrations will include:
Festive worship services filled with joyful music and celebration
Scripture readings proclaiming the resurrection story
A message of hope and renewal
Opportunities for community fellowship and celebration
Please bring fresh flowers before the 11am service to decorate the crosses
Easter Sunday reminds us that through faith, new beginnings are possible and life triumphs over death.
Holy Week offers a powerful opportunity to walk through the final days of Jesus’ journey with intention and faith. Each service invites you to experience a different aspect of this story, from the hopeful welcome on Palm Sunday to the joy of Easter morning.
We encourage you to participate in as many services as you can. Whether you come for one or all, you will find moments of reflection, worship, and connection that enrich your spiritual journey.
