What's Happening

Fourth Sunday in Easter

We welcome you to worship at 8:30am (Communion each week Hymn music) and 11am (Communion 1st Sunday Contemporary music) in the Sanctuary. The 11am worship service is on Facebook live and begins Sunday at 10:55am.  If you join on Facebook Live, please leave a comment, no matter what time you watch, everyone counts! 11am worship is also available Sunday evening on YouTube.  If you are watching on YouTube, please send me an email to let me know you have attended.

Vacation Bible School Meeting at the church this Saturday, May 10 at 12:30pm, 

after the Mother’s and Others Brunch which begins at 11am.

Tuesday—Food Pantry Distribution 8:30am; Sit & Stretch 2pm;

Wednesday—Faith Up  Supper 6pm, Reflections and Youth 7pm; Barclay Zoom Study 7pm;

Thursday—Sit & Stretch 2pm;

Saturday—United Methodist Men 8:30am;

Next Sunday—Dorcas Circle 12:30pm;

 The Youth wish to thank the congregation for your generosity in raising funds through their Hamburger sale last Sunday! 100% of donations will go to the Care Camps Foundation.  Over $500 was raised.  Thank you!!

Faith Up Wednesdays—6pm for light supper, study and fellowship Reflections: led by Abel; Youth led by Meredith Nursery provided.

United Methodist Men will meet for breakfast and fellowship Saturday, May 17 @ 8:30am.

Vacation Bible School kids will be making pyramids. Newspaper, and lots of it is needed.  Please place donated newsprint in the red cart in the lobby.

It’s not too late to give to the special offering for Native American Ministries Sunday. Make checks to Chapel Hill and put NAMS in the memo line.  See inside bulletin for more information.

Springvale Neighborhood Association will meet on Tuesday, May 20 @6pm at Allen Elementary School.

Church Board Meeting—Tuesday, May 20 @6:30pm.

APOTT will meet and carpool to Acadiana Café, 11280 Castro Ave. in LaCoste for lunch on Thursday, May 22. Please gather at 11am for carpool.
